Our sustainability conference should have been held on May 12 in Düsseldorf. It turned out differently than expected. Now we are at a critical turning point. The transition of the European economy to a “green economy” is in full swing. The foundations for the future are being laid today. Corporate sustainability is one of the topics of the moment.
More relevant than ever, our Sustainability Heroes Conference 2020* will also adapt to the new circumstances – digital, interactive, different.
– Digital: Our online conference platform brings the presentations and discussions to you – sit back and relax!
– Interactive: Let us hear from you – with live polling, the chat function or in dialogue with the speakers
– Different: Instead of one conference day, there are three short and crisp blocks of two hours. In the speedgeeking round, speakers have only three minutes to comment on controversial theses.
On November 2, 3 and 4, 2020 the time has come! Topics include human rights due diligence and sustainability in the supply chain, sustainable finance, sustainability reporting and the circular economy – and of course the Sustainability Heroes Awards 2020.
The awards are a coveted recognition for companies that take up a pioneering role in the transition towards a more sustainable economy. Many companies are still “unknown heroes” in terms of their sustainability management: for fear of being accused of ‘greenwashing’, many organizations report their social commitment rather cautiously.
However, since this commitment can only inspire others when it is noticed by the public, DQS presents the Sustainability Heroes Awards annually during this conference
