Procedure for Product Recalls at Certified Sites

Many certification systems require immediate notification of the certification body in the event of a product recall. Contractually, this is already defined in the Specific Conditions for the Assessment of Management Systems and Product Certification as well as in the DIN EN ISO/IEC 17021 and DIN EN ISO / IEC 17065 standards.
