Dawama Sdn. Bhd. was recently certified to the ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management System standard for the scope of "Pre-Press, Printing, Distribution and Marketing of Published Materials and Multimedia Product".

Audit was conducted at 2 locations of Dawama to assess the compliance of their Quality Management System to the requirement of the ISO 9001:2000 standard by the DQS audit team. With this certification by DQS, it shows that the quality management system of Dawama was assessed to have met the requirement of the ISO 9001:2000 and is established, implemented and maintained to ensure continual customer satisfaction. With the value-added input from the DQS audit team, we believe the Quality Management System of Dawama will further evolve to exceed customer expectation.
