The recent merger of DQS and UL MSS and the anticipated opening of offices in Spain and Dubai marked a significant international growth for DQS. 61 offices in 44 countries proof a strong global standing and the growth is expected to continue. Our online editor spoke to Martina Meinefeld, Manager Marketing International Business Development and Petra Lueck, Manager Training Department at our headquarters in Frankfurt, Germany.
Online-Editor: Ms. Meinefeld, DQS is growing for more than 10 years now, internationally even above average. What does this growth mean for DQS customers?
Martina Meinefeld: Many of our customers act in the international arena which affects their management systems in two ways. First of all, their certificate, as valid proof, needs to be internationally accepted. Furthermore our customers expect to find their management partners locally, in their country. By growing on a worldwide level, DQS turned into an extremely strong partner that supports its customers and helps to improve their competitiveness.
