Mizi Two Sdn. Bhd. Received Confirmation from DQS Malaysia According to HACCP System

Restaurants nowadays emphasize more and more on selling concepts as a whole. Besides the foods and beverages serve, the surrounding, the style, the people, and thus the pricing are all design in the way that to satisfy customers not only their stomach, but the visual as well as inner satisfaction. The rising awareness of consumer right among the society plays a crucial factor which driven this wave of demand.

Mizi Two Sdn. Bhd. is among the restaurants serving ala carte steamboat. They focus on selling not only different variety of steamboat ingredients, but also the concept of creativity and convenience. As Shabu-Shabu (a Japanese variant of hot pot) is getting more and more common, Mizi Two added value into this steamboat concept by building in the belt based conveyor to serve steamboat ingredients to customers. From the starting of the business, Mizi Two emphasizes on "Unique, Clean, Hygiene, Safe, Healthy and Surrounding", making these their business concept. This makes them distinct from the others.

In order to ensure the business concept is built and maintain, Mizi Two decided to test their system with HACCP. DQS are pleasure to be chosen by Mizi Two as their certification partner. After the assessment, Mizi Two, on April 2010, was successfully received the confirmation from DQS Malaysia that they has implemented and maintains a HACCP System with the scope "Preparation and Sales of Food and Drinks In Restaurant (Conveyor Belt-Based Individual Pot Steamboat Concept)".

As certification partner, DQS Malaysia congratulate Mizi Two on their great achievement.
