Food safety and hygiene management when good is not good enough
The demands being placed on the food industry have been increasing steadily over the past years. When it comes to winning and maintaining the loyalty of customers and consumers alike, a simple certificate, documenting the implementation of a quality management system to ISO 9001, no longer suffices.

Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) is a systematic preventive approach to food safety that addresses physical, chemical and biological hazards as a mean of prevention rather than finished product inspection. HACCP is used in the food industry to identify potential food safety hazards, so that key action, known as Critical Control Points (CCP's) can be taken to reduce or eliminate the risk of the hazards being realized. The system is used t all stages for food production and preparation processes including packaging, distribution and etc.

One Auto Machinery (M) Sdn Bhd who specialize in processing and packaging of dry or powdered based drinks and foods has been certified by DQS according to HACCP requirement. Their commitment to food safety is demonstrated by implementing HACCP system, and investment in their production facility and training to their employee on HACCP implementations. With this achievement, it shown their management is committed to deliver safe product to general public.

Mr. TP Tan (L) Managing Director of One Auto Machinery proudly received the HACCP certificate from Mr. Danny Ng (R)
