Current Vacant Position:
 
Management System Lead Auditor cum Marketing Executive (Northern Region)

Responsibilities:
- 3rd party quality management system assessment.
- Sales and Marketing of DQS services and responsible for northern region sales and profit targets
- Coordination of Customer proposal preparation and issuance
- Follow-Up on nonconformity responses from customers.
- Coordination on Issuance of report and certificate to customers.
- Responsible to attend to customer complain/feedback
- Any other task assigned by the Management.

Requirements:
- Degree in related discipline preferred.
- Possess Management System Lead Auditor qualification preferably with professional registration.
- 4 years working experience in industries implementing the related management system standards and familiar with related legal and regulatory requirements.
- Computer literate for Microsoft office applications and good typing skills. (Words, Excel, Powerpoint, Access)
- Good interpersonal & communication skill and ability to communicate with all levels of personnel.
- Fluent (write / speak) and able to conduct assessments and write comprehensive reports in English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin and local dialect. Other language competency is an added advantage.
- At least 2 years working experience in Sales and Marketing of management system certification services or related industry preferred or possess good marketing skills to market assessment and certification services.
- Familiar and exposed to management system certification e.g. ISO 9001, ISO 14001, BS OHSAS 18001 etc.
- Wide network of potential clients in Malaysia especially in the Northern and Eastern region.
- Able to travel on short notice and possesses own transport and a valid driving license.
- Residing in Penang or surrounding area.
