Customer Service Executive (Certification Process)
Base at DQS Malaysia HQ in Subang Jaya, Selangor |
Responsibilities:

Attending to calls in the office. |
| - |
Telemarketing of Certification and Training service. |
| - |
Coordination of Customer proposal preparation and issuance |
| - |
Schedule and coordinate logistics arrangements for audit / trainings. |
| - |
Coordination and communication to auditors on related technical issues. |
| - |
Submission of audit reports to Technical Approval office. |
| - |
Follow-Up on nonconformity responses from customers. |
| - |
Follow-Up on report approval and certificates issuance with Technical Approval office |
| - |
Coordination on Issuance of report and certificate to customers. |
| - |
Supports DQS branch operations |
| - |
Maintenance of DQS Customer Database. |
| - |
Management of office stationary and equipments. |
| - |
Any other task assigned by the Management. |

Requirements:

Diploma in related discipline preferred. |
| - |
Microsoft Office skill (Words, Excel, Powerpoint, Access) |
| - |
Good communication skill |
| - |
Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin. Other language competency is an added advantage. |
| - |
At least 2 years working experience in related industry. |
| - |
Familiar and exposed to management system certification e.g. ISO 9001, ISO 14001, BS OHSAS 18001 etc. |
