SME Aerospace core business in manufacturing of aircraft parts, components and assemblies, has recently successfully re-certified according to EN9100 by DQS.

EN9100 standard specifies the quality management system requirements for suppliers to the aerospace industry.  This standard supplements ISO 9001 by addressing the specific additional expectations of the aerospace industry.

The company commenced operations in 1993. Since then, it has contracts to manufacture and assemble parts and components for various aircraft models, including  Airbus A320, A340 and A380, and Boeing B777 and B747.

In their succession of recertification according to EN9100, Colonel Chee, CEO, says, "Our EN9100 Certification is an important milestone for us.  This certification achievement mean our Quality System as being on par with the best quality systems in the aerospace industry.  These certifications enhance the confidence of our current customers in our capabilities to meet their expectation."
